Nana, sorry for the confusion. The frame is set to act as markup. It sounds like you have markup turned off. Use CTRL+K to toggle it back on. And learn more about the markup feature here: http://help.balsamiq.com/markup. Thanks!

Ted, if you're using myBalsamiq, you can download the BMML file and then upload it to your project's assets folder.

Ex: *bold* _italic_ &underlined& -disabled- {color:#FF0000}colored{color} * New lines with asterisks for bulleted lists.
